New technology depending, what I hope to do is put things up on the website as I come across them and then compile all of them into one big summary once a month for the newsletter. That way I should be able to include anything else that any of you lot discover, too. I must say that I’m particularly excited about have colour photos/illustration here! BiG Beach Barbie

Back in the middle of August we got together for our annual summer gathering. Despite the unpredictability of the weather, a beach Barbie was planned and many offerings must have been made to the summer Gods as we were blessed with a bright, dry, breezy evening. Taking advantageous shelter against the wall, the early scouts pitched our camp and we settled in for the evening.

David hung around waiting for everyone to get a tea and chocolate biscuit.  His books were all standing up on show one by one like soldiers on a wooden trellis table that made a simple and effective display.
